The only difference between Premium Oyster Sauce and LKK Panda Brand Oyster Sauce is the somewhat softer flavor. The taste of all the components will still be enhanced and the "xian wei" (umami) will still be brought out by the Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Compared to the Premium version, which is more concentrated to provide a stronger flavor, you can apply this sauce a little more liberally because of its softer flavor.
